Do we need to know how to play?
No. We can start with Texas Hold’em basics: two hole cards, five community cards, hand rankings, and how the betting rounds work. Experienced players are welcome too.
Can the host provide a tournament prize?
Yes—for a qualifying free-entry business promotional tournament, the host can supply a prize for the winner. The prize is funded by the host, never by player buy-ins or a pooled pot. We confirm the event’s eligibility, format, and prize arrangements before booking.
Do you offer cash games or paid-entry tournaments?
No. We run Texas Hold’em with tournament chips that have no cash value. We do not offer cash games, cash-outs, player buy-ins, paid rebuys, or side wagers. For prize promotions, players must be able to participate without a direct or indirect fee or required purchase.
How much space will we need?
We’ll confirm the table footprint and room to comfortably move around the chairs before booking. Include any stairs or access restrictions in your inquiry.
Can you travel outside Tacoma or Spanaway?
Nearby South Sound locations can be discussed. The address and transport requirements help determine your final quote.
What do I provide?
The venue, guests, and any food or drinks you’d like to serve. We’ll review access and setup arrangements together before the event.
